Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel for a wedding, and while the venue was lovely, there were a few issues that put a damper on my stay. The spacious room had a comfortable bed, but the lack of basic amenities like extra towels and a safe was disappointing. We also experienced a knock from staff about noise, which felt unwarranted. Overall, it had its perks but wasn't ideal due to these inconveniences.
I recently enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is in a great location just a short walk into town. The room we were given was spacious, accommodating my family's needs quite well, especially since I have a daughter who uses a wheelchair. However, we did encounter some issues with noise from neighboring rooms and the cashless bar policy, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was a comfortable visit with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, finding it a solid choice in Warrington. The clean and comfortable room offered good value for money, especially at around £50 a night including breakfast. The service was generally helpful, although the automated check-in process felt impersonal. The dining options had room for improvement, particularly with the breakfast items like stale croissants. Overall, it’s a good value hotel, though some aspects could be elevated to truly hit the mark.
I had an overall decent experience at this hotel. The rooms were well-decorated and comfortable, though it was a bit warm without bottled water. The breakfast was reasonably priced and the food quality was good. However, the lack of a proper luggage storage system and the room cleanliness issues were disappointing.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel had some fantastic facilities, especially the spa treatments, which were truly exceptional. However, the service was lacking in organization, and I encountered several issues during my stay that made it frustrating. Despite being clean, my room was not comfortable due to the bed and shower issues, which detracted from the overall experience.
